Mouseover flags for country name

There is a beautifully diverse community here at chess.com. To the right of every players name, there is a small flag of their nationality. Personally, I occasionally encounter flags that I don't recognize, and I think it's neat to know where the people I am playing are from.

I think it'd be really awesome if there was an html popup displaying the country name when you mouseover flags. This would emphasize the diversity of the community, without damaging the aesthetic of the site (as opposed to displaying the country name without the mouseover event).

maybe you disabled something with adblock?

Can you put any flag you want next to your name?  I ask this because I see North Korean flags, and I wonder how this can be since I doubt they would be able to access this site.  Hopefully this doesn't offend anyone, just curious.
