On the Android app the Rated/Unrated toggle button is the exact same size and location as the Create Challenge button on the previous screen. I have observed a tendency to double tap the Create Challenge button when the app is running slow because of background processing which in turn causes the Rated/Unrated button to toggle accidentally. It creates a tendency to switch modes and with unintentional settings. Moving the button or resizing it may help prevent that.
