Multiple idenntities and aborting

There is huge number of players that to ensure they are winning all the time, create new login and start over with much lower rating.  It can be seen as weird login names that include numbers or just random characters. This alone is not sure indication obviously, but when chalenged by player that is 150 points bellow your rating and he takes you to school it all comes together. When style of play and sophistication of moves is far beyond your reach it becomes clear that you are playing with superior player. One can maybe argue usage of computer for cheating, but compter moves have different "feel" to it. Computer moves are not random in stregth, but always best possible move for given capabilites.

   If player is chalenged by such cheater and realizes that from name randomness or previous experience he is penalized for aborting such game before it begins.

   Unless there is better prevention of mutiple accounts there should be a way to report such suspected players and all accounts of such players found to be cheating in such way from same IP add. should be suspended.

  Playing much stronger player might be someones choice, but mostly you can't follow or enjoy game that is far above your level. It ruins it for everyone and puts people off.

 Help from community recognized members can be solicited for membership moderation, where game history, IP addresses and other methods could be used to decide if this or other forms of cheating is the case.
