Offering a draw

What happens in 3 day games where I offer a draw (when the postion is a clear draw) but the opponent doesn't accept or decline the draw?

Meanwhile it's my move and my time is ticking down.

If I've offered a draw but got no response at all, will the timer just run out on me?

Two games in the past few days I've offered/ claimed a draw in a clear draw position...(there's a button you can click to offer the draw and that offer is communicated to the opponent) but the opponent doesn't accept or decline...so I just sit there with 'pending draw offer'

I suppose I just play it out if they are not responding either way

I believe the common practice is to offer draw only when it's your opponent's turn to moveWink

The correct way to offer a draw is to make your move first and then offer it.(trysts you said it first)
