I find it a little bit annoying when i see two dots on same place in "Challenges" chart close to each other but without similar time settings (excluding vertical assignment for ratings). For example 20min/0sec (initial/increment) is almost at same spot as 10min/15sec.
So, my suggestion is: All dots for initial time should be placed on same spot, but dots (little circles) can be made as pie chart representing only bonus time, or maybe dynamically (by changing hue/saturation) colored.
