Player rating system
Sort:
someone just as easily could say someone is bad just cause they lost a tempo out of the entire game or that someone is good just causethey know a quick 3move combo. Not everyone's definition of good &bad are the same.
Chessmaster is right. I would add that some may issue a "bad" rating for a player for reasons other than the obvious good ones:
Didn't like a post by a player in a forum
A player won quickly
A player used almost all the time to move in a 2 or 3 day game, and it frustrated the other
These are just a few of the many reasons some may use to give another a bad rating. If anyone skims these forums, we can see there are some that are not into the great spirit of this game.
This would be a great feature to add. It will prevent people from stalling, wasting time, disconnecting from live games...so on. You give them a bad rating, people won't play them. They will either stop doing what they're doing, or they won't get games. You should be able to rate the player, and have an option to leave feed back. This should be looked into if it isn't already being considered.
