"Fair play policy"

In the last month or two the site has been fairly buggy for me (graphical errors with the board, not being able to move any pieces etc) which has resulted in me being forced to abandon games before they begin, or more commonly, not being able to start them at all. I never willingly abandon games once they begin. And yet, my account has been restricted.

I don't mind much given that I'm a free user, and this is a great site when it works, but honestly, it is incredibly frustrating that I'm being blamed for the website's bugs.

If you haven't already, try a "cache clear".  Been known to work wonders.

It "may" be my internet connection but I highly doubt that, as my connection is generally fast and reliable, and the problems are intermittent. They were also most severe directly after the last server update.

I had a bug around Christmas where, when I moved a pawn to a square for the first time it visually morphed into a bishop or knight whilst maintaining the characteristics of a pawn. More funny/surreal than irritating but I thought it'd be worth a mention.
