there should be a way to send a mail to the group and fowrd mails also, I guess they don't want spam in the website.

I can't recall any way besides sending a news item. Keep in mind that even if there are other options some folks turn off alerts for this and that and others don't bother reading messages on a timely basis, and that's assuming they read them at all which isn't always a good assumption.
Click on Help & Support at the bottom of the page and contact the staff directly if you're still stumped.
I am a admin for 4 groups and many occasions I find my self in the need to sent a message to their my players in-box, does any one know how to message the whole gruop? or how to sent the same message to multiple people at once? I try posting news, but most of my players don't click on news tab or notes that are posted on the group's page.
