I don't think this bug is unheard of. But I believe you can prevent it from happening by disabling "multiplay" (Live Chess -> Settings -> Play -> uncheck "Play multiple games at once").

See the games here and here.
I had an open seek for 1 0. A player accepted it and then the game started; I was White and made my first move. Then, the board seemed to flip, and I was presented with a new board and playing Black. I assumed it was a glitch and started the game as Black, not realizing that I now had two games open simultaneously.
It wasn't until well into the second game that I realized that there was another one open in a separate tab (the tabs next to "New Game" and "Tournaments", not my browser tabs). By then, I was already on the verge of flagging in the first game.
As far as I know, simultaneous live games aren't supposed to be possible. But even if they are, only one game should be able to start from a single seek, and AFAIK I had only one seek posted at the time.
Bug or something else?
