Resolved: Still looking for an answer :-(

Hi. My friend & I play each other all the time & we took great pleasure in checking our score. When we clicked on each others name it told us how many games we'd won drawn or lost.Now when I click on her name I just get a list of old & current games but no stats. Is there a way of  finding out our score on the new format.

Brilliant! So pleased. Erik can I ask you a question? I would like to try premium membership but is it possible to just pay a one off payment for one year? I don't want to set up a direct debit or automatic payment through my paypal account?

yep. just upgrade here: www.chess.com/membership.html and then go to www.chess.com/home/account.html and you can cancel your auto-renew.

There is a radio button on that page for each membership level for a monthly charge. It is a little more expensive but that is one way to do it.

Also, while this is specific to the trial period, it does mention you have a 30 day window for a refund, at this link.  The pertinent part is quoted below:

If you forget to cancel in that time-frame, there is still a full money-back guarantee for 30 days. This provides lots of time (risk-free) to decide if premium membership is right for you.
