It's not really. You've got lag or maybe intermittent disconnects. If your opponent seems to be taking too much time, refresh the page just in case. Sometimes he sent his move, but you didn't get it and so your clock is wrong. Here's a couple of articles that explain it better.

Got it. We've seen this once or twice before; it's a very weird bug. In other cases, simply force-quitting the app and then restarting it fixed the issue, so that's the first thing for you to try, if you haven't already. Meanwhile, we need to figure this out... Thanks!
