Unhappy with new matching system

I am quite dissatisfied with the new matching system for "live chess"? I find that sometime it matches me with players that are 50-75 points higher than myself and playing these games is discouraging since I always lose. Can we have the older matching system as an option at "live chess'?

In custom game options you can set the minimum and max chess ratings for your prospect opponents! :)

After several months of use, the new matching system, using custom settings is still seriously flawed. Using the custom settings, I am unable to get a match and just log out. When using the standard matching system, I was matched with a player 150 points ahead of me; this is very discouraging. Does anyone know how I can communicate directly with admin on this issue?
