You could also probably avoid the ratings exploits going on with the crappy computer-4-impossible ;)...

Hi,
Most computer engines can play at a lower difficulty level but the problem with that is, that this lower is rarely (if ever) measured. What I mean by that: for example when stockfish is set on 100% then we know it has an ELO ~3000. But no one knows what ELO has stockfish set to 70%.
What I suggest is to use this chess engine so that instead of COMPUTER-EASY/HARD/IMPOSSIBLE we have stockfish 30/60/90 or something like that. Two things will be achieved with this:
1) You will help the best open source chess engine to expand more by measuring the strength.
2) You help players using stockfish on different platforms - so that they will be able to measure their ELO by playing a chess engine.
3) Much much more ;)
