I guess it is instantly upgraded. There might be a problem in the subscription. I'll wait for others to improve upon this.
Why does upgrade take so long after paying?

This is my second attempt to upgrade to Yearly Platinum Membership. I paid the subscription via Google Play on 5th February and two days later still am not registered as platinum member and cannot use more than 5 tactics games.
I tried a month ago to upgrade and eventually after five days I still hadn't been upgraded and so cancelled my subscription. A few hours after cancelling my subscription was upgraded for a trial period and then cancelled.
I will wait a few days to see if my upgrade is eventually implemented but I must say this delay of days is unacceptable.
Why does it take Chess.com so long to act on an upgrade request after payment?
