Sometimes an unknown error occurs but I don't know exactly what the problem was or is, and it asks you if you want to make a report which I usually just ignore. But sometimes I select yes and the email option of the log report is sent. Do these log reports help you and do you want some sort of explaination in words that could be of assistance.
Log reports help us. Explaination will be great. Some users send screenshots, that's fine too.

Game explorer says I'm a basic member. And won't let me explore earlier common moves (if I'm at move 10, I can't watch what has been played from move 9 or earlier. Worked fine a couple of versions ago.
