After I'm finished with a game, without fail, there's always an ad in the middle of my chess board the very next game. There's no way to get rid of it, and I always have to reload the page, which results in me basically handicapped 15 seconds to the opponent. Is this just me? Or is it some penalty because I'm not a subscribed user?

The reason why I'm posting this under the 'Tournament' section is because this only happens in live tournaments.

I guess I'm not being clear with my post; I only play bullet games. So you see how those 15 seconds are such a big deal
