since some days i started to join the Blitz Areana.
There is something i dont understand: very low rated players win the first places! It is not that i am a GM, or a good player but how can it be that a player: with best rating 584 played 88 games, Glicko-RD 48
just won a tournament with: 14 wins and just 1 Lose.
I would like to congratulate him but before i do i would like to understand: 14 wins for me means he is a very good player, then why his rating after 88 matches that low?
It's not hard to understand. You looked at your opponent's record. He is obviously a sandbagger, with 48 one and two move losses out of those 88 games, since he joined yesterday.
You should have reported him immediately. It's not too late. You should report him now.
The reason guys like that can do what they do is that few people can be bothered to report.
Chess.com still hasn't figured out how to automatically detect and prevent that kind of behavior.
