I was wondering the same! I gues when the article says i.e.
Hour 1:45 = 15|10 Standard Tournament (5 rounds = ~3-4 hrs)
It means "odd hour:45", so this type of tournament starts at 13:45, 15:45, 17:45...
Pretty sure it's Pacific Standard time, but I'm often wrong...

I want more longer time limit tournaments. 30 mins minimum with an increment (nothing worse than losing a won game because of end game routine moves- especially given network delay).
Also similar is 25 or 20 minutes with a generous time add like 15-20 seconds
Do any of you know the schedule for the tourneys? Like what times and how often each time limit comes around?
