If you're an admin in your club then you need to press on 'new live tournament'. That'll take you to the live panel where you'll address a few settings before starting the match.

- There is no preset for 15 mins, do I just go to custom and enter 15 into the minutes section?

There are 2 boxes for time control, increment is to the right. Put 15 in the left box and 5 in the right.
