If you are talking about Daily Chess/Correspondence tourneys, then go to Play, click the + like you are starting a new game and click the Tournaments link there. It will take to the site page for tournaments.
If you are talking about Live, that currently isn't in the app.
I can see them on the laptop or PC but not iPad or iPhone
