Not sure what you are asking exactly. If you want to start your own team/group, you have to be a premium member.
If you are talking about the Live tournaments, you can join the scheduled ones (up to three a week as a basic member) but can't create your own.
For Online/daily, you also need to be a premium member to create tourneys.
Or search existing lists I mostly play on my phone do I need to start one on the computer?
