hey, i have been reading on how to start a tournament all i got was you have to join a club and have premium. so i got premium no i am wondering how to join a club.

You can create your own club here: https://www.chess.com/club/create

If you're a (super?) admin of someone else's group, I believe you're also able to create tournaments for that club. 

 

As for joining a club, find and club you like, and press this button: Some clubs aren't open to everyone, those clubs you have to request to join via the same button.

 

EDIT: I just saw you are on mobile. Clubs are not in the mobile application yet. I'm sorry about that!
