Hi, I have a tour for 4 days and I want to ask u how to prepare for the tournament? I mean how to prepare chess and non-chess? There will be 60 players, GM's, IM's, NM's, FM's... Anyway, what I need to do to be 100% prepared for all games? I will be nervous, :D and i want to be completely relaxed. Thanks anyway.
