Inviting players

If I send a tournament invite to 50 players, but 10 of them don't meet the rating requirement to join the tournament, what happens? Do they receive the invite?

Also, is it possible to send the same player two invites to the same tournament?

from my experience the player will still get the invite and they can get it multiple times

if they dont meet the tornmant requirement they cant join but they get the invite

So an invite is still wasted? Like if you have 600 invites available, and you invite 500 people and none of them meet the join requirements, you now have 100 left?

are you talking based on inviting to a club? or inviting into a tornament?
