The best advice was take two weeks off. After those two weeks are up, then quit.

To always protect all my pieces.

You gotta learn to have a dexterous tongue and toes. Kind of reminds me of that guy in the iron lung who wrote a whole book using a stick held my his mouth to tap the keyboard.
