NOTE: The maximum players who can advance from a group is equal to (group size/2) rounded down. So in a 3 person group only 1 will qualify (unless two or more are equal).

Okay! How come #2 @Flolfy advanced despite not being level on points with #1 @13pax in a group with only three players in round 3 of the same tourney?

There was at least one group in the round with four players. Therefore, all the groups in the round advanced two players.

In the fourth round of a correspondence chess tournament, I noticed an odd thing happening. The event rules make it clear that two players will qualify from each group of four competitors.

In Group 1 of round 4, only one player advanced to the next round. If I'm not mistaken, @TLFW appears to have been screwed over. I won't be pleased if this happened to me. What the heck is going on?
