Live Tournament Schedule

I'd like to play in one of the Live Rapid tournaments. However, these go for hours, so I need to plan ahead.  The only schedule I can see shows tournaments that are in progress now, and for the next few hours.  Any time I look I seem to have just missed the start, or one is starting in a few minutes.

Is there any way to view the schedule for the week ahead so I can clear an afternoon or evening to join one?

Are the different tournament types at regular times?

To play in a four hour tournament, it would help to know that, say, on Saturdays at 1300, there is a Rapid Swiss 30min etc.  Where is this information available?

This official support article lists the frequency of the tournaments at the end.  Should just need to convert the the time to your time zone, and you should be good to go!

Thanks! I somehow missed that in my searching.

Would be good if the Play -> Tournaments schedule showed events a little further ahead, but this helps.

I’m thinking of joining a tournament for the first time soon. Suggestions? Are live tournaments better?

No reason not to try one out!  Very simple to just hop into a tournament on Chess.com.
