In this tournamnet i lost first game against a guy, Yankadi. Second game his account was closed due to cheating. I wanted my first game against him to be revised. I should be declared winner in this game. But I have never got any answer on this request.

That is what we call circumstantial evidence in America. Looks like a plain old thrashing to me.  What makes you believe he was cheating in the first game or that it had any impact on your game?  Are you sure that the rating points are worth the notoriety?

Agreed, Black's moves are not at all hard to find, it's just clear white defended poorly and lost badly. That happens when you play against higher rated players sometimes!
