To the OP, yes, it does look mysteriously like it's been forgotten, since the others have started. Unless it is being deliberately delayed to give the sandbagged players time to rise in rating before the start - but that'd still seem like an odd individual treatment of that one ratings bracket.
Why hasn't the 1001-1200 Trompowsky tournament started yet? It's been nearly a day since the supposed starting time!
