I am playing 16th thematic scotch tournament my groug is 

group #11

 

As you can see i have 1 game remaining (which,i am sure ,defenately going to win)and if i win that my points are7.5 and greater tie -break than bobintheair(ist place)have i any chance of going to next round????

Tie breaks only help if you're even on score, sorry. If the score is not even, the one with the higher score advances.
