I had a 1238 points but when joined tournament I’ve lost almost 150 points.i don’t know why??

If the tournament is rated and you have lost games, you will lose points. Even if you draw you can lose points if draw is to lower rated player. If neither of these apply to your situation, you might want to contact Admin - see help in menu (lower left as my screen is set-up) and follow prompts: either ask a question (probably best) or report a bug.

You played in a rapid tournament. Since you’ve only played four rapid games total, your rating deviation is high. This means your rapid rating will change a lot until you play more games.
