The settings I would require would be tournament name "Samtile's King's Gambit Accepted", with the description:
"Samtile brings tournaments for all intermediate players (1400 - 1700)!
All games start after the moves 1. e4 e5 2. f4 exf4
Tournament will begin when there are 100 players!"
The starting position will be as per above, rating range as above, time control of 3 days and the format would be 5 (2) --> 2.

I plan to run a series of tournaments for intermediate players (1400 - 1700) for 16 people each (I'm only gold membership :(). I will keep a hall of fame for all the winners.
