Unsolicited Advice - It is all in fun so no need to be as serious as me.
Ratings are volatile. To save a lot of anguish, for yourself and the participants, you could remove players if their rating rises more than X number of points over the limit.
For this tournament "Match Play: Three Day Time Test (800-1600) No Vacation" the Rating Range was 800-1550 not 800-1600.
As well if you start one tournament at a time, working upwards the removed players have somewhere to go. Match Play: Three Day Time Test (1500-1900) No Vacation with Rating Range: 1525-1875
