The tournament began over a month ago. Did you create that tournament for a basic member on their behalf ?

I remember seeing this tournament w/ someone else as TD.
Transfering TD from one person to another is not possible. Its not like groups where you can create a group and put someone else in charge of it. Creator of the tournament remains as that person and can't be passed over to someone else.
I remeber seeing you as the TD before.
Is it possible for two tournaments to have the same name?
yes it is possible
The tournament 960 Tigers (http://www.chess.com/tournament/960-tigers) was not created by me, yet I'm now TD. What's with that?
