Who is the differnt of Time Control: 1 day/move
and Max Avg Time/Move: 3 hours?

The time control means that you have 1 day to make a move or go onto vacation.

The average time per move requirement means that to enter the tournament or game, you must on average make your moves under three hours.

Your current average is 7 hrs 12 mins, too high to join the tournament. However, if you start making your moves a bit faster, you should be eligible in no time.
