Example; if you have three days to make a move and you fail to do so, you lose the match and have. 'timed out'. Your percentage is based on the number of games played in the last 90 days I think; so if you have played 100 games and times out once, your percentage would be 1% and you'd be fine. I think you may have failed to take your go on too many occasions. Although, not all tourneys are as selected; you will need to find another tourney. Excuse my punctuation.
