What I don't see the latest update on a tournament where our winner was disqualified for unfair prac

I recently won the fourth position in this last tournament. the question is why I still on position 4 when our winner was disqualified for unfair practice. should i move to place 3 and have my bronze medal shining there in the tournament?

You can submit a claim to support@chess.com but I don't think they update those results.
