When can I play again?

I'm a non premium member currently playing in a tournament that is 80% completed. Right now I cannot sign up to play in another tournament...so when can I? Is it when:

a) All my games in the currenty tournament are done, even if the tournament is NOT complete, or...

b) All my games (and of course) and the entire tournament is complete.

I think a) because im a non premium member and it says im playing in two tourneys.

I believe it is the second one: the entire tournament is complete.

With my basic membership i too found i couldn't join another tournament while in the bottom of my group, waiting for slow players to finish. that s*cked

Now i want to join and i have to much time per move. i play fast though since every day i login in and make my moves in a minute or so. It's not fair 

I have found that you must finish your games in a tournament, the tournament does not have to be over. Thanks everyone for your comments!
