why no live tournaments?

I take a look at the tournaments that i can join and i think to myself "Cool!" and i click on the one i want to play. then it tells me "you must play # of online matches" why cant there be live tournaments that are quick and fun?!?! i dont want to take 5+ days to complete a game!!!

I have already suggested about live chess tournaments, but not available just yet.

It wont take 5+ days to complete the game. It may take 5+ months to complete the game :)

Last I heard, tournaments were planned for Live Chess, but they aren't easy to implement. So give them some time.

it's certainly near the top of our list of important things to do! 

i remember askin bout that before...it would be a bit harder to organise, but still it would be fun :)
