+1 for Beta comment. When features are exposed from beta to production, why don't the corresponding feature change announcements also get made for all users who will 'experience' them? I also don't join the beta club precisely because I have to deal with enough bugs on chess.com as it is.

AdamRaichu, I was a member of Beta for that very reason until something became non-functional/broken and the only way I could restore it was to quit Beta. I decided not to rejoin. And as T_D says, it's all very well notifying new features in a club but they also need to be notified to all members on rollout. I'm sorry but this is no way to run a site and it's no way to run a business.

That's fine for those in Beta. I see enough dodgy code without volunteering to have even less tested code inflicted on me.

@stephen_33 I find that changes are announced in the club Chess.com Beta.

I've been appealing for better (or even any at all) communication of changes to site functionality for all the eight/nine years I've been a member and frankly, there's been absolutely no improvement that I can see in all that time. You won't persuade people to pay for a service that doesn't meet even minimum standards!
