Happens to most everyone, I'm 1624 Blitz and it has my high rating as 1374.

It might be that if Chess.com finds that you lost against a cheater, you would get your rating points back. I'm pretty sure that these "extra" rating points aren't updated in the stats screen, and messes up the database or something.
