As I said, I completely believe you, but don't have a proof to explaine such decision. But if Bristol agrees, then no problem, +6 points will be awarded.
ECL2017 DIVISION 1
Well, playing on 6 boards in 12+ competition really does not look very apealing. However, by the rules such decision should be left on team with less registered players. But, if match is late with start for very long, forfeit loss may be more logical decision. Sorry for not being able yet to make all those decisions, I expect that I could do that in a few days.
Oh, now I see that this match was due to start today. I will ask Thessaloniki admins if they want to play 6on6 with +12 points for Moscow or forfeit the match.
With Thessaloniki admin agreement, match will be counted as Moscow forfeit victory. You may cancel the match now.
For Budapest vs. Bristol, I've asked Bristol admin for confirmation that they agree with +6 points for Budapest.
By the way, for ECL R11 Grad Niš vs. Bristol, WCL match should be counted https://www.chess.com/club/matches/792910
However, due to my omission to include the "ECL" in Match title and/or to report that here before the start of our match, Grad Niš is ready to play another ECL match if Bristol admin express a wish to do so.
As for Grad Niš point - no calculations and tactics, all possible double matches should be counted for both competitions, to reduce overall number of matches in 4 leagues and play against as much different opponents as possible during one season, not several matches against the same opponent. Mistake was due to the fact that I've completely forgotten that Bristol is playing in ECL Div1, only previous debate about Budapest vs. Bristol match has reminded me that. :-)

Also, you can find all the round pairings there, and easily find what matches are still missing. Due to the high number of those, I guess that I will remind everyone through News announcement to schedule a postponement date for those matches, according to the ECL rule: "In case of a mutual decision to postpone a match, the last date for the postponed matches is August 31."
I hope I can also update current results soon enough and make needed corrections due to lack of registered players and number of foreign flags. Most of other corrections (due to closed accounts, multiplayers) are already correct on https://chess.bounceme.net/chess/ligas.php

Yes, as it is written in #25, we had sent the challenge 4 months ago.
I cancel the challenge now.
Thanks!
Both Team Thessaloniki (MAΚEΔONIA) and Team Beograd admins miss to notice incorrectly placed settings in scheduled match within ECL 2017 DIVISION 1 Round 5 that limits the number of players in range of 1 to 8 members.

I canceled the team match and I'll send a new correctly set challenge.
ECL2017 DIVISION 1 Round 5: Team Beograd Vs Team Thessaloniki (MAΚEΔONIA)
- The minimum number of players required per match in order to be valid is:
for Division 1: 15 players (WCL), 12 players (ECL)
for Division 2: 12 players (WCL), 10 players (ECL)
for Division 3: 7 players (WCL), 6 players (ECL)
for Division 4: 5 players (WCL)
- In case that a match starts with less players for one or both teams, the opposing team needs to report a screenshot of a match dated from before of the start in order to receive extra board points for the missing games (ex. if 2 players are missing from team A, team B starts with +4 points). In order to start a match with less players each team would just “lock” their players and then the match could be started.

Important notes >
- in Bordeaux vs Thessaloniki match, there are three players less in Thessaloniki squad than needed to start the match -> Bordeaux starts the match with +6 points.
- in Thessaloniki vs Grad Nis match, there are three players less in Thessaloniki squad than needed to start the match -> Grad Nis starts the match with +6 points.
- in Kyiv vs Gdansk match, there are six players less in Gdansk squad than needed to start the match -> Kyiv starts the match with +12 points.
Both teams' admins are notified about this and asked to lock their squads if they prefer to start those matches. Otherwise I will have to declare forfeit losses due to the fact that required minimum is not reached.
If you need help, please contact our Help and Support team.

Bristol will not tell you Budapest couldn't collect 12 players either... BTW it has never happened in our history.
