I have contacted Yerevan admins and I have one answer, guessing that challenges might have been sent to "Team Yerevan" instead of "Yerevan" because the challenge link doesn't work for him. I have asked him to join this group and leave a comment here to try to resolve this problem and maybe the problem with match against Thessaloniki as well.

Yeah, it looks like his account is closed by chess.com
However, Gdansk has two more active admins, I've contacted them both and I'm waiting for the response.

Let's wait for a while for Yerevan representatives to give some answers here. I have a message from them that they've not received challenge from Athens, but decisions should not be based only on private messages.
Anastasakis, are you sure that you've challenged the right Yerevan team, called "Yerevan" not "Team Yerevan" or something similar? The same question goes for Thessaloniki challenge, because it was also not accepted even though Yerevan team is very active, played all the other matches without any problems, with plenty of active admins that are online and capable of receiving the challenge..
As for Gdansk, I've got no answer from two remaining admins, so I believe that we can only guess that the match against Kyiv is canceled due to the fact that they had not enough registered players, only 6/12. Therefore, for now it will be counted as Kyiv +3, Gdansk 0, but if Gdansk admins came here with different explanation we can potentially still discuss this case.

in Bordeaux vs Thessaloniki match, there are three players less in Thessaloniki squad than needed to start the match -> Bordeaux starts the match with +6 points. in Thessaloniki vs Grad Nis match, there are three players less in Thessaloniki squad than needed to start the match -> Grad Nis starts the match with +6 points. in Kyiv vs Gdansk match, there are six players less in Gdansk squad than needed to start the match -> Kyiv starts the match with +12 points.Both teams' admins are notified about this and asked to lock their squads if they prefer to start those matches. Otherwise I will have to declare forfeit losses due to the fact that required minimum is not reached.
I already asked twice admin of Gdansk to manually lock their roster cause we already missed the deadline but so far no final reply
