The first of the two players to get in here must obligatory offer three (3) initial starting times for a game in accordance with the four (4) Guidelines (in red, blue, green and pink) shown below. The second of the two players to get in must obligatory accept one of the other player's initial starting time offers or, if accepting is impossible, counter-offer with three (3) initial starting times following the same Rules and Guidelines. The deadline to fulfill this necessary task is Wednesday, August 27 of 2014 @ 00:00USA ET.

If no agreement is found after the six (6) initial starting times have been offered, the players must keep negotiating in the way Ping-Pong players return the ball, offering and counter-offering one or more starting time(s) at a time.

Here are the four (4) Guidelines that one has to comply with when making the three (3) initial starting time requirement:

An offer to play before Tuesday August 26 @ 6:00USA ET does not count;
There must be at least three (3) hours between two (2) starting times;
There must be at least twenty-four (24) hours before posting time and starting time;
A twenty-four (24) hour playing period cannot contain more than two (2) initial starting times;
