GLCF Chess Club

The Greater London Chess Federation (GLCF) Chess Club is a dynamic and competitive chess organisation dedicated to bringing together chess enthusiasts from London and beyond. Established by Rishaan Ghosh, a Junior Gold Member with the English Chess Federation (ECF), GLCF aims to promote chess across England by organizing matches and tournaments with clubs from various cities.

GLCF operates as an ECF-affiliated club, engaging in rigorous competition and community-building through regular matches against clubs from all over England. Our members actively participate on major online chess platforms, including Lichess, Chess.com, and the FOA Chess Arena, where they showcase their skills and passion for the game. The club fosters an inclusive and competitive atmosphere that supports players of all skill levels in honing their strategic abilities and achieving excellence in chess.
