To dartmonkefan: Join the Caro-Kann Cutthroats and the Caro-Kann Players and join in our vote Chess games. It's similar to correspondence Chess except we can (and should) discuss what moves should be made. All we do in the vote Chess is play Black. I can almost guarantee that you will become a better player through this process. I also recommend getting the Caro-Kann books by Schandorff and Houska.
