This is a beginners-only tournament.

You may not be able to proceed to the next round if you suspect any of the following:

1. Cheating
2. Sandbagging
3. Using an account with a rating far below your ability

4. Inappropriate behavior

If any other violation is confirmed, we will take the same action.

It will start when the capacity is reached. There is no date setting.

If there are out-of-limit players once capacity is reached, they will be excluded. These process repeats until there are only players within limit, and start. Ratings always go up and down.
