For asian players only

I forgot to enlight that this tournament was reserved to Asian players.

Therefore I have decided to ask the non-asian players to withdraw from the tournament if they are ok.

Of course to withdraw is not compulsary but you must know that only the best Asian player will be qualified to the World Chess Cup to play against qualified palyers from the others continental cups.
