ColleWe would like to present a new book, which our online shop received just yesterday. It is called: The Moment of Zuke: Critical Positions and Pivotal Decisions for Colle System Players.

Last year, American author David Rudel was quite successful with his well-organised first book on the Colle: Zuke'Em.

Basically, Rudel's new book (252 pages) contains 7 lessons on common game-changing situations. Each module has instructive exercises, well-suited for practice and pattern-training.

Two modules are aimed at dubious moves encountered in low-level play. The rest treat decisions faced by strong (and sometimes quite strong) players. This is an extremely accessible book which will help Colle players to find candidate moves, save clock time, and do better middle-game planning. You will get quite a good feel for attacks you may unleash.
