Carslen and Ivanchuk to meet in first round

The Foros Aerosvit tournament starts today and the luck of the draw has brought together two of the current hot performers in the very first round.  Magnus Carlsen, the 17-year old prodigy from Norway will take on Vassily Ivanchuk of the Ukraine.

Magnus is fresh from his rapid match win against the experienced Peter Leko (a former prodigy himself!) and Ivanchuk is having a terrific run of form, dominating at the Mtel Masters and beating the World Champion Anand in Leon.
